Once you have approved the ballpark figure from your estimate, the next step is to set up your in-home consultation. Getting to meet in person and build a relationship is key to our success. Our billing structure for this visit is $75 for every $5,000 quoted in the estimate, if the scope grows during our consultation, the price structure is as stated. First thing we will do is discuss any changes you might have come up with since the ballpark was approved. Next you will receive our “what to expect” info packet, in this packet you will get pertinent info we have discussed prior, info we need prior to our visit via email or our app, and things to think about during our visit. Our goal here is to alleviate the issues we see time and time again in our industry. Surprise charges once a project gets going, or feeling like your expectations aren’t being met because lack of attention to your needs are frustrating and costly for all parties involved. Our consultation fee allows us to be meticulous and available for any questions or concerns during the whole process.
